s 13 Types of classification and classification ratings
13.—(1) The Minister must, by order in the Gazette, prescribe —(a) the different types of classifications for films; (b) the ratings for each type of classification giving information about the classification (called in this Act classification ratings); and (c) the markings for each type of classification rating.[25/2018] (2) An order made under subsection (1) may prescribe different types of classification ratings for different kinds of films.[25/2018] (3) For the purposes of this Act, the classification stating that a film is fit for viewing by any member of the public of any age is the lowest classification.[25/2018]
