s 28A Disposal of unclaimed films
28A. Any film that is retained by the Authority under section 14(3) or deposited with the Authority under section 18(7), and is not claimed by the applicant for classification or re-classification of the film may be destroyed or otherwise disposed of as the Authority thinks fit —(a)
within 6 months after the date of the Authority’s decision under section 15; or
(b)
if there is any appeal under section 24, within 6 months after the date of the decision of the Minister or the Committee of Appeal (as the case may be) on appeal.[25/2018]
