s 25 Family Division may exercise entire jurisdiction of General Division of High Court
25. To avoid doubt, the Family Division of the High Court may exercise the entire original and appellate civil and criminal jurisdiction of the General Division of the High Court under the Supreme Court of Judicature Act 1969 and under any other written law.[40/2019]
