s 14B Application for or to renew free trade zone operator licences

14B.—(1) An application for or to renew an FTZ operator licence must be made to the Director-General in accordance with this section. (2) An application for or to renew an FTZ operator licence must —(a) be made in the form and manner determined by the Director-General; and (b) be accompanied by the information and documents that the Director-General requires to decide the application. (3) The Director-General may refuse to consider an application for or to renew an FTZ operator licence that is incomplete or not made in accordance with this Act.[Act 33 of 2023 wef 01/03/2024]
