s 14C Grant, etc., of free trade zone operator licences

14C.—(1) After considering any application for or to renew an FTZ operator licence, the Director-General may —(a) grant the applicant an FTZ operator licence or renew the FTZ operator licence, as the case may be; or (b) refuse to grant or renew the FTZ operator licence, as the case may be. (2) An FTZ operator licence is not transferrable.[Act 33 of 2023 wef 01/03/2024]
