s 13 Production of infant

13. The court may, for the purpose of any application under this Act —(a) direct any person appearing to have the custody of an infant to produce the infant before the court or at such other place as the court may appoint; and (b) make such order for the temporary custody and protection of the infant as the court thinks fit.[27/2014]
