s 53 Transfer of registration of registered geographical indication
53.—(1) A registrant may apply to the Registrar for the registration of a registered geographical indication to be transferred to another person.
(2) The registration must not be transferred to another person unless that person —(a)
is entitled to file an application for registration of the geographical indication under section 38; and
(b)
consents to having the registration transferred to him or her.
