s 64 Retention of control of seized goods
64. Notwithstanding section 61, in a case in which no order has been made under section 63(3) in relation to the seized goods, the Director‑General is not obliged to release or dispose of the goods if the Government is required or permitted, under any other law, to retain control of the goods.[Act 34 of 2018 wef 21/11/2022]
