s 16 Civil proceedings in General Division of High Court

16. Subject to the provisions of this Act, all civil proceedings by or against the Government in the General Division of the High Court shall, subject to the provisions of any other written law for the time being in force, be instituted and proceeded with in accordance with the provisions of this Act and not otherwise.[40/2019]
