s 44 Protection from personal liability
44. No liability shall lie against the Chief Executive, any member, employee or delegate of the Agency, any committee member, or any other person acting under the direction of the Agency, for anything which is done or purported to be done, or omitted to be done, in good faith and with reasonable care in —(a)
the performance or purported performance of any function of the Agency; or
(b)
the exercise or purported exercise of any power of the Agency.
