s 13 Registers

13.—(1) The Director‑General must cause to be kept and maintained a register of all licensed homes.[30/2019] (2) Every licensee may be required to keep and maintain such register of residents and staff as the Director‑General considers necessary for carrying out the purposes of this Act.[30/2019]
