s 20 Submission of proposals, plans and projects by Board
20.—(1) The Board must from time to time prepare and submit to the Minister proposals, plans and projects showing the nature of the work proposed to be executed and other steps proposed to be undertaken by the Board under sections 12, 18 and 19. (2) The Minister may reject or approve any such proposal, plan or project or any part thereof either without modification or subject to such modification as he or she may think fit. (3) Every such proposal, plan or project submitted by the Board under this section must be in such form and contain such particulars as the Minister may direct.[19
