s 22 Protection of Board and employees from personal liability
22. No matter or thing done and no contract entered into by the Board and no matter or thing done by any member or by any employee of the Board or other person whomsoever acting under the direction of the Board shall, if the matter or thing was done or the contract was entered into bona fide for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act, subject them or any of them personally to any action, liability, claim or demand whatsoever.[21
