Housing and Development Act 1959 s 27

s 27 Compulsory acquisition of property before 15 April 1983 not to be called in question

27.—(1) Despite the repeal of section 25 by the Housing and Development (Amendment) Act 1989, no compulsory acquisition of any immovable property before 15 April 1983 may be called in question in any court on the ground that the acquisition was not in compliance with the repealed section as in force before that date. (2) Any action or proceedings pending after 15 April 1983 in any court in respect of any matter to which subsection (1) applies is to be dismissed on application by any party, and the court may make such order as to costs as it thinks fit.[26
