s 57 Purchase of flats, houses and other living accommodation by bodies corporate
57.—(1) Despite section 50, the Minister may, by order in the Gazette, declare any body corporate established by any written law to be entitled to purchase any flat, house or other living accommodation sold subject to the provisions of this Part.
(2) Where an order is made under subsection (1) in relation to any body corporate, the provisions of this Part apply with such modifications as may be specified in the order.[50A
