s 61 Board or company may exercise powers of management corporation
61. The functions and duties of a management corporation may be performed and its powers are vested in and may be exercised by —(a)
the Board —(i)
where a management corporation has not been constituted under section 60(5); or
(ii)
where a management corporation, which had been constituted under section 60(5), has been wound up by an order under section 60(15); or
(b)
a company authorised by the Board under section 60(3).[54
