Hindu Endowments Act 1968 s 4

s 4 Board to be a corporation

4.—(1) The Board shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal, and the seal may from time to time be broken, changed, altered and made anew as to the Board seems fit. (2) The Board may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
