s 27 Offences in relation to removal of organ
27.—(1) No person is to remove any organ from the body of a deceased person for the purpose mentioned in section 4(1) except pursuant to the authority given under Part 2.
(2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.[17
