s 11 Disobedience of regulations, general or routine orders, etc.
11. A cadet who —(a)
in such manner as to show wilful defiance of authority, disobeys any lawful command given to the cadet or conveyed to the cadet personally; or
(b)
contravenes any general or routine order applicable to the cadet or regulation made under this Act, being an order or regulation known to the cadet or that the cadet might reasonably be expected to know,
must be dealt with summarily by the cadet’s officer‑in‑charge in the manner prescribed in regulations made under this Act.
