Hazardous Waste (Control of Export, Import and Transit) Act 1997 s 45

s 45 Appeal to Minister

45. Any applicant who is aggrieved by the refusal of the Director‑General to grant a permit under this Act may, within 30 days of the decision of the Director‑General, appeal in writing to the Minister whose decision is final and must be given effect to by the Director‑General.[6/2020]
