50. —(1) Any person reasonably believed to be a person liable to removal from Singapore under any of the provisions of this Act may be questioned by an immigration officer. (2) The person must fully and truthfully answer all questions and enquiries put to the person by the immigration officer tending, directly or indirectly, to establish the person’s identity, nationality or occupation or bearing on any of the restrictions contained in this Act or the regulations, and shall disclose and produce to that officer on demand all documents in the person’s possession relating to those matters. (3) All such answers and documents are admissible in evidence in any proceedings under this Act against the person making or producing the same.
