s 9A Singapore visas

9A. —(1) Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Controller may grant a non‑citizen permission, to be known as a Singapore visa, to travel to Singapore (for the purpose of seeking entry under a valid permit or pass). [Act 31 of 2023 wef 31/12/2024] (2) Without limiting subsection (1), a Singapore visa may grant the holder of the visa permission to travel to Singapore during a specified period only.
