s 152 No action for accidental fire (UK Fire Prevention (Metropolis) Act 1774, s. 86)

152. No action shall lie against a person in whose house or premises or on whose estate any fire accidentally began except that no contract or agreement made between landlord and tenant shall be hereby defeated or made void.[63
