s 153 Amendment of Schedules
153.—(1) The Minister may by order in the Gazette amend, add to or vary the First or Second Schedule.[23/2003]
(2) The Minister may, in any order made under subsection (1), make such incidental, consequential or supplementary provisions as may be necessary or expedient.[23/2003]
(3) Any order made under subsection (1) must be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication in the Gazette.[63A
