s 88 Application of this Part

88.—(1) This Part applies in respect of —(a) the Former IDA in relation to the transferring IDA function; and (b) the Former MDA. (2) This Part does not affect the operation of, or derogate from —(a) any provision in Part 9; or (b) section 16 of the Interpretation Act 1965.
