s 7 Authorised officers to be public servants

7. Any person who, in the course of his or her duty as an authorised officer of a protected area or a protected place, exercises any power of an authorised officer under Part 3 is taken to be a public servant for the purposes of the Penal Code 1871 when exercising that power.
