s 29 Negotiations otherwise than under this Part or Part 4

29. Any person who or any trade union or platform work association which enters into negotiations in relation to industrial matters otherwise than in accordance with the provisions of this Part or Part 4 shall be guilty of an offence.[Act 30 of 2024 wef 01/01/2025]
