s 48 Award to be available at office of Registrar
48.—(1) Every award and every order varying an award or affecting the operation of an award shall be deposited with and registered by the Registrar. (2) The Registrar shall cause copies to be made of every award and of every such order and copies so made shall be forwarded to the Commissioner and shall be open to inspection at the office of the Registrar.[Act 30 of 2024 wef 01/01/2025] (3) A person bound by an award or a person authorised by an employer or a trade union bound by an award shall upon application to the Registrar be allowed a reasonable opportunity of comparing a copy of an award or order with the original.
