s 17C Notices for payment of claim amounts
17C. The Authority may at any time give written notice to the recipient to pay the claim amount to the Authority, in the manner specified in the notice and within 30 days after the date of service of the notice or any later time that the Authority may allow in a particular case (called in this Division the payment period).[Act 11 of 2024 wef 01/11/2024]
