s 3 Offence of misuse of intoxicating substances

3.—(1) A person must not, for the purpose of inducing or causing in himself or herself a state of intoxication, use or inhale any intoxicating substance. (2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence.
