ISEAS – Yusof Ishak Institute Act 1968 s 6

s 6 Quorum

6.—(1) Every question before the Board at any meeting is to be decided by a majority of the votes of the members present. (2) Five members of the Board constitute a quorum at any meeting.[23/2015] (3) The person chairing any meeting has an original vote and, in the case of an equality of votes, a casting vote.
