Liquor Control (Supply and Consumption) Act 2015 s 29

s 29 Exemption

29.—(1) The Minister may, by order in the Gazette, exempt any person or class of persons from any provision in this Act, subject to any conditions that the Minister thinks fit. (2) This section does not apply to matters referred to in sections 4(2)(d) and 12(3)(c).
