Liquor Control (Supply and Consumption) Act 2015 s 5

s 5 Supply of liquor only at licensed premises

5.—(1) Where licensed premises are specified in the liquor licence of a licensee, the licensee must not supply any liquor except at those licensed premises. (2) A licensee who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000.
