s 2 Interpretation

2. In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires —“Bank” means the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development or the Asian Development Bank; “statutory authority” means a local authority and any body incorporated directly by any written law and exercising powers vested in such body by law for a public purpose.
