s 103 Grant of right of way
103.—(1) In an instrument purporting to create a right of way over registered land, the expressions “right of carriage way” and “right of footway” have the same effect as if there had been inserted in lieu thereof the words respectively contained in Parts 1 and 2 of the Schedule.(2) The expressions mentioned in subsection (1) do not have the meaning attributed to them by this section if any alteration is made in the expressions otherwise than by means of a proviso thereto. —(1) In an instrument purporting to create a right of way over registered land, the expressions “right of carriage way” and “right of footway” have the same effect as if there had been inserted in lieu thereof the words respectively contained in Parts 1 and 2 of the Schedule.
