s 105 Variation or release of easements

105.—(1) An easement over registered land may be varied or released by an instrument in the approved form.[8/2014] (2) Where an easement over unregistered land is made appurtenant to registered land, the easement may be varied or released in any manner in accordance with law.[8/2014]
