51.—(1) The forms from time to time approved by the Registrar must be used for all instruments intended to affect registered land.(2) The Registrar may register any instrument containing departures from an approved form and the instrument is deemed to be in a form approved by the Registrar. —(1) The forms from time to time approved by the Registrar must be used for all instruments intended to affect registered land.
