s 60 Address for service of notices

60.—(1) Every instrument by which a person becomes a proprietor of registered land and every caveat relating to dealings with land (whether registered or unregistered) must contain an address within Singapore to which may be sent any notice concerning the land authorised or required by this Act.(2) The proprietor or caveator may from time to time notify the Registrar in writing of any change of the proprietor’s or caveator’s address in such prescribed manner, and the Registrar must make an appropriate record of the change.
