s 144 Power of Authority to make regulations for this Part
144.—(1) The Authority may make regulations for the purposes of this Part, including regulations to prescribe anything which may be prescribed under this Part.[9/2013; 31/2017]
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), regulations made under this section may prescribe —(a)
the terms of issue of book‑entry MAS securities;
(b)
the manner in which applications to take up book‑entry MAS securities are to be made; and
(c)
the manner in which book‑entry MAS securities are to be issued.[9/2013]
