s 22 Appeal from premises closure order

22.—(1) Any person who is issued a premises closure order may, within 14 days after the date of the order, appeal in writing to the Minister, whose decision is final. (2) A premises closure order takes effect despite an appeal under subsection (1) against the order, unless the Minister otherwise specifies.
