s 13 General penalties
13.—(1) Any person guilty of an offence under this Act for which no penalty is expressly provided shall be liable on conviction to be punished with imprisonment for life.
(2) To avoid doubt, subsection (1) does not apply to any act which constitutes an offence punishable under the law in force in Singapore applicable to it by virtue of section 7(1) or 11(1).[9
