Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act 1996 s 17

s 17 Appointment of employees and agents

17. The Authority may, subject to the Public Sector (Governance) Act 2018, appoint and employ on such terms and conditions as the Authority may determine any other employees and agents necessary for the effective performance of its functions.[5/2018]
