Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act 1996 s 54

s 54 Execution of order, etc.

54.—(1) All acts, orders or directions authorised by this Part or any regulations made under this Part to be done or given by a particular employee of the Authority may be done or given by any other employee of the Authority authorised in writing in that behalf by the Authority. (2) Any person authorised to do any such act may call to his or her aid any assistance that is necessary.
