s 6 Constitution of Authority

6.—(1) The Authority consists of —(a) a Chairperson; and (b) not fewer than 3 other members as the Minister may determine.[16/2016; 40/2017] (2) The First Schedule has effect with respect to the Authority, its members and proceedings.
