s 88 Designation of designated licensees for this Part
88. The Authority may, after consultation with the Minister, by notification in the Gazette, designate a licensee that is not a designated operating entity as a designated licensee for the purposes of this Part if the Authority considers that the designation is necessary in the public interest.[Act 20 of 2024 wef 01/04/2025]
