s 59R Person suspended under interim suspension order not regarded as registered
59R.—(1) While a person’s registration in the register is suspended by virtue of an interim suspension order, the person is not to be regarded as being registered even though the person’s name still appears in the register. (2) Upon the expiration or revocation of an interim suspension order, the person’s rights and privileges as a registered medical practitioner are revived immediately after the date of the expiration or revocation, but only if he has complied with all the terms of the order. (3) To avoid doubt, sections 40 to 59E, 59H and 59I continue to apply to a person whose registration in the register is suspended by or under an interim suspension order.
