s 59W Employee of Ministry of Health not disqualified from being committee member
59W. Any member of the Medical Council who is employed in the Ministry of Health is not disqualified from being a member of any Inquiry Committee, Complaints Committee, Review Committee, Disciplinary Tribunal, Health Committee or Interim Orders Committee by reason only that the member is so employed.[Act 34 of 2020 wef 01/07/2022]
