s 21 Exemption
21.—(1) The Minister may, by order in the Gazette, exempt any class of persons from the operation of all or any of the provisions of Part 4* or the regulations made for the purpose of that Part.[*Updated to be consisted with the 2020 Revised Edition]
(2) All orders made under this section must be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication in the Gazette.[Act 31 of 2019 wef 01/11/2022]
