Maintenance of Religious Harmony Act 1990 s 5

s 5 Validity of Council’s actions

5.—(1) The Council may, subject to section 4(4), transact its business despite any vacancy among its members. (2) The proceedings or any decision of the Council are valid despite any defect in the appointment of its members or that some person who was not entitled to do so took part in its proceedings.
