s 19 Reporting foreign affiliations
19.—(1) A designated entity must report its foreign affiliations in accordance with the regulations. (2) For the purposes of subsection (1), the matters that may be prescribed by the regulations include —(a) the reporting period; (b) the classes of foreign affiliations (if any) that need not be reported; (c) the matters that must be reported for each reportable foreign affiliation; (d) the persons who must sign a report, and any declarations that must be made and signed by those persons as part of the report; (e) the time within which a report must be submitted; and (f) the form and manner in which a report must be submitted.
